Exodus Wrestling Club Policies

1. Membership Policy

  • Membership at Exodus Wrestling Club is open to athletes of all skill levels.

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis through the Club’s designated payment system.

  • Members must adhere to all club rules, including respect for coaches, staff, and fellow athletes.

  • Exodus Wrestling Club reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership for misconduct, non-payment, or failure to comply with club policies.

2. Membership Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a membership, members must directly communicate with Club Director Paul Feite III.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in person, via email, or through another direct method as designated by the Club.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months of membership.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

  • Exodus Wrestling Club collects personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information solely for membership and administrative purposes.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

  • All data is stored securely and used only for internal club operations.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Members must show respect to all coaches, staff, and fellow athletes.

  • Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

  • Athletes must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from coaching staff.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to be supportive and uphold club values during practices and competitions.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in wrestling involves inherent risks. By enrolling, members acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Exodus Wrestling Club and its staff are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during training, competitions, or other club-related activities.

  • A signed liability waiver is required for all participants prior to engaging in training or competition.

6. USA Wrestling Affiliation

  • Exodus Wrestling Club is an approved USA Wrestling Club.

  • All members are encouraged to obtain a USA Wrestling membership to compete in sanctioned events and access USA Wrestling insurance coverage.

7. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Clinic and camp fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Club.

  • Refunds for merchandise or gear purchases are subject to individual return policies.

8. Facility Rules

  • No outside shoes are allowed on the mats.

  • All athletes must maintain proper hygiene and wear clean gear.

  • Parents and spectators must remain in designated areas during practice sessions.

  • Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed on the mats.

9. Amendments to Policies

  • Exodus Wrestling Club reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes through official club communication channels.
